That's when Mike's and Louie's West Endicott Grill officially became "Kelly's". At the age of 21, Richard (Dick) Kelly, became the youngest person in Broome County to be a recipient of a liquor license. When the doors officially opened that New Years Day, brothers Jeff and Doug Huffcut, became Kelly's first bar patrons. Since that day, Kelly's has welcomed several generations of neighborhood people, combining a nice comfortable atmosphere, with great food, cold beverages, good times, and of course, many sports ventures. Continuing with that tradition, we invite you to join us, as we provide both you and your family with several excellent opportunities to experience what so many others have enjoyed for years.
